As many of us Brady Bunch fans learned when we were kids, sometimes you have to know when it’s time to change. The current version of the Corinth Cycling jersey has been around for a few years now and has served us admirably. However, as the CCC has grown in size and stature, we needed a jersey to reflect this growth.
Several months ago a decision was made to give the CCC jersey a complete makeover. We wanted the jersey to have a more sleek, modern look. At a high-level meeting at Corinth headquarters last month, the unveiling of the new design was met with overwhelmingly positive feedback. So after some minor tweaking, the club is now ready to release the new Corinth Cycling kit. Ordering details will be forthcoming within the next few days.
Please click here to view the new kit. Corinth Cycling would like to officially recognize Daniel Dunn, Ted Archer, Matt Staab, Scott Lent and Scott Franklin for their design contributions.

Richard Scofield Memorial Ride.
Sunday March 21st, 1:30pm
North Branch Library, at Windsor and Locust.
Richard passed away Sunday March 7th. He was a dedicated husband, father, coach, and cyclist.
Please join us in riding in his memory. Everyone is welcome; you do not have to be a cyclist.
We will be riding a 10 mile loop past his house and through town. We will return to the library, and those who would like to ride further will then continue on a longer ride through the country. The Corinth Cycling Club will ride from Crownover Middle School at 12:00pm and will ride as one large group to North Branch Library.
Please join us to remember our friend.

Help Us Restore Pacman Hill
The city of Corinth purchased several hundred tree saplings that need to be planted asap. The Trails Committee is looking for volunteers to help plant the trees along the trail this Saturday. We’ll meet at the park maintenance building by the soccer fields at 1:00. Please come if you can. If possible bring a shovel, work gloves and drinking water.

The Denton city engineering staff will host a hearing on March 22nd to seek public input from cyclists. The purpose of the hearing is to determine what needs the Denton cycling community feels are important. Those findings will be forwarded to the city council in April which could lead to a Bicycle Master Plan..
All area cyclists are urged to attend this meeting and share your opinions about the future of cycling in Denton. As pointed out by Bike Friendly Denton, this may be the first time in the city’s history that staff has held a dedicated cyclist input meeting, and we shouldn’t let it go to waste.

Communication is the lifeblood of any good organization and that is no different for Corinth Cycling. It is for that reason that the CCC has converted to a new message board forum. With almost 250 registered users, the old forum just wasn’t keeping up and didn’t allow for as many features as the new site will. With nearly 30,000 page views per month, we needed room to grow and that is what we are doing.
Unfortunately we are not able to convert the posts on the old forum to the new one, so the old forum will remain available as a reference only for the next month or so. All new posts need to go on the new forum so please register on the new forum when you have time.
If you have any questions or suggestions as we continue to tweak the new forum, please let us know. Thanks for making the CCC forum one of the most active and informative in the DFW cycling community.
