David Carter (D.C.) Strong and steady is how D.C. is best described. Very noticeable in the peloton with those golden locks peeking out the back of the helmet. He seems to be most at peace in the mayhem of a Cat 3 sprint. On our Tuesday and Thursday night Big Steamer rides DC typically takes the sprint. It’s almost a forgone conclusion when you see him next to you on the way to the line. Thoughts of whom you can beat for second place typically take over.
While some are playing golf, DC is riding and racing his bike. He is one busy dude. Besides being a manufacturing engineer manager at Lockheed Martin, David stays busy climbing western mountains, running his own computer business and spending time with his family which will add a third child this month in February. Congrats David!!!
David’s goal and passion is driven by placing top 5 in his “A” races this year.
